I know a cat that likes something like this but cats are ungrateful asses. You make them happy
then suddenly they decide to scratch you when they're done with you, and if you try to stop for
good they scratch you, theres just no wining with those bastards besides not having them at all

an old dog of mine had this as well. the area was also clearly effected by some disorder or
injury (thin hair and flaky skin). I don't think she actually did enjoy it at all, i think she
just had a nerve close to the surface there that made her muscles fully extend. probably the same
with this cat.

some cats do this when you scratch certain spots on their spine. I'm pretty sure thats its just
tweaking the fuck out of the nerves that exit the spinal column, probably an overwhelming tickly
sensation or something.
