I have to draw an example of what I want for a simple commission? >> [_] Mr. Kidnapper !VANVANPVIU 07/15/12(Sun)22:20 No.1720725 >>1720664 This isn't a vector flash, but a bunch of rasterized images and static texts. While it is compiled at runtime, flash operates in frames, just like regular videos, and you can go to these frames as programmed. Sometimes you can get external software like swfchan's embedded player or a SWF Decompiler to jump to frames. Do note that swfchan's embedded player's seekbar often doesn't really work. >> [_] Anonymous 07/15/12(Sun)22:24 No.1720731 >>1720725 yes but then you have to take movieclips into account, i doubt there are players that allow you to control individual movieclips >> [_] Mr. Kidnapper !VANVANPVIU 07/15/12(Sun)22:29 No.1720736 >>1720731 Yes in fact, there is. I don't know how to do it in AS2, but you can control movieclips VERY well in AS3. You can even add postprocessing effects to them. >> [_] Anonymous 07/15/12(Sun)22:30 No.1720743 >>1720736 well shit, care to link us to this marvelous piece of software? >> [_] Mr. Kidnapper !VANVANPVIU 07/15/12(Sun)22:31 No.1720744 >>1720743 ...Adobe Flash CS4? AS3 is a programming language, not software. >> [_] Anonymous 07/15/12(Sun)22:38 No.1720748 >>1720736 you are aware that we are discussing flash player right? >> [_] Anonymous 07/15/12(Sun)22:41 No.1720750 >>1720748 *players >> [_] Anonymous 07/15/12(Sun)22:45 No.1720751 >>1720750 You were saying Flash doesn't work that way, not that flash players don't work that way. Either way, even if individual movieclips are modified in the timeline, their state should be saved in the frames, and an ordinary flash player with a seekbar should work. The only obvious exception is if the flash's main timeline only has one frame. In this case it's either a large sprite acting as the main timeline or there is programming involved (i.e. game) >> [_] Anonymous 07/15/12(Sun)22:45 No.1720752 If you load a .swf file into Media Player Classic, you can play and jump to frames in the main scene's timeline. But it doesn't run the ActionScript or navigate to frames inside movie clips. >> [_] Mr. Kidnapper !VANVANPVIU 07/15/12(Sun)22:49 No.1720756 >>1720752 In that case I suppose the author would have to program a seekbar. I guess I forgot to mention that programmed seekbars exist, but I kind of did in the first post and with the AS3. >> [_] Mr. Kidnapper !VANVANPVIU 07/15/12(Sun)22:52 No.1720760 >>1720752 It's worth noting that I have never found a movie that couldn't be operated with the seekbar while I use SWFDecompiler. I never actually use MPC >> [_] Anonymous 07/15/12(Sun)22:57 No.1720762 >>1720592 Dude, any competent 'furry' artist is usually in it for the money. People like Jolly Jack are commission based artists and make a mint because furries are willing to spend hundreds of dollars on their fetish. Look at the MLP plush market and then imagine it for a LARGER fandom which is just as autistic and pathetic, a few individuals withholding. >> [_] Anonymous 07/15/12(Sun)23:25 No.1720777 >>1720762 A few individuals? Who the hell is this? I can't think of any people who could be thought of as "deeply into the fandom" that aren't autistic and pathetic. >> [_] friendsofsandwiches 07/16/12(Mon)00:51 No.1720832 probe... heh heh... >> [_] Anonymous 07/16/12(Mon)03:28 No.1720931 >>1720608 http://www.browsertools.net/ swf opener has a slider that lets you jump frames. Doesn't work on every flash, though. >> [_] Anonymous 07/16/12(Mon)03:30 No.1720932 >>1720762 I've often seen high-tier artists selling commissions for less than $40, some of them not even pornographic. They may be freaks, but they can still draw decently. |
