  Many years ago when I was about 12, late at night they used to show this horrible horrible
  infomercial for bald men. Basically the thing was a toupee BUT they installed snaps in your head
  (like the ones on most jackets) and you snapped the toupee on and off.

  They'd show guys driving in a convertible with the top down... swimming with it on, putting it
  on, removing it etc.
