Same here, plus I got to the 3rd loop before dying in v2mode and when I did nothing happened.
Whatever's supposed to be happening in this game either isn't happening or there's a lot of
instructions we're not getting.
I don't suppose there's anyone on /f/ that can read japanese and wouldn't mind enlightening us.

The instructions are use the arrow keys, and avoid being shot/destroyed. It takes anywhere from
8-12 levels for her clothing to slowly be destroyed (VERY slowly). That's why it considers level
50 to be an achievement.
If you use Level V2, the hearts inflict extra damage/combination attacks on her (and if you
collect them qyickly enough the bonus goes up, which is almost impossible, though it's an
achievement to get a bonus 14000 using it, as well as using the hearts to inflict a larger combo
on her).

well i managed to get to level 69. Down to her legging straps a bit torn and her panties left.
Wouldn't mind a hacked version to see what omake is and what the ending is like.
