>> [_] Anon 1814841 The instructions are use the arrow keys, and avoid being shot/destroyed. It takes anywhere from 8-12 levels for her clothing to slowly be destroyed (VERY slowly). That's why it considers level 50 to be an achievement. If you use Level V2, the hearts inflict extra damage/combination attacks on her (and if you collect them qyickly enough the bonus goes up, which is almost impossible, though it's an achievement to get a bonus 14000 using it, as well as using the hearts to inflict a larger combo on her).
