You dodge the bullets. The longer you last, the more her clothes will be removed. You can hold
shift to level faster, but the special attacks will come faster too. At high enough levels you
unlock items that you can use on her once per game to increase the combo number. You can unlock
parts of the omake ("bonus") page by doing certain things, like getting a high enough combo, or
unlocking the items. I don't know what to do for some of the tiles.
