Helps, but not by much.
Got her combo to 300+, and still nothing happened.
Take the last option (V3mode level +2) as that also spawns hearts that helps increasing your
combo.
Would still love a hacked version.

The goal is to destroy as much of her clothes as possible. If you are playing on level 2, then
the patterns more simplistic than lvl 3. On level 3, there are a much more difficult to avoid
attacks, but hearts will also spawn around the arena. Touch a heart will to do additional damage,
which can be used to link attacks for bigger combos. As the game progresses, the difficulty level
will raise, which increases the rate of attacks, as well as introduces new attacks, such as a
slower yellow projectile, and randomly attacking beams. You can increase the rate of attack, and
difficulty increase by holding shift.

Also, after so many points you unlock toys, which can be used with space. By waiting to use the
toy until certain amounts of clothes are destroyed, the toy will change. While a toy is active it
will supply continuous damage, if you do enough damage while a toy is active, you will do
additional damage, as well as make her temporarily weaker. The game also has an achievement
system.

My advice is to always play on level 3 with shift down. The attacks come fast enough so that you
can string several of the large ones together.
Play one or two cycles to unlock the toy. Most of the time the first 4 attacks will chain without
assistance, although you should supply damage anyway, stay by a heart, and when the near-circle
is shrinking, dash for hearts to keep the combo going to the spinning attack (blue is clockwise,
pink is counter).

Keep playing a couple of cycles till most of her clothes are gone, at that point the vibrator in
the upper right will change. Play to the end of the current cycle, stringing as many attacks as
you can. When you get to the final attack (three beams ending in an explosion), once about two of
the beams are attacking, hit space to use the toy. Keep collecting hearts. The large explosion,
as well as the string of first few attacks will be enough to trigger the additional attack (a
sound effect will play, it will also cause her to urinate afterwards).

The key is to not give up. The longer you play, the better you'll memorize and respond to the
attack pattern.
