I played this for several hours last night after finding it on 2chan.
Tips:
-try to remember the patterns, they're set for each mode
-moving diagonally is slightly faster than in a cardinal direction due to an easily made
programming mistake
-the special patterns only appear at the start of a new level, you can manipulate when it starts
and stops by holding shift. If you know the screen is crowded where you need to be to make it
through the upcoming pattern, try releasing shift and wait for a better moment
-knowing the above, you can try to chain combos by finding out which patterns end at an awkward
moment and letting go of shift briefly (for example, when a thick beam does a full rotation
around the screen, let go of shift for about 2.5 seconds so that the next level/pattern appear
immediately after)

-when you unlock the vibrator, you can use it with the space key. It's useful for combos, try to
use it right before a big combo drops off (hitachi magic wand has a slight delay before it goes
into action, but you probably need to be at the rotor egg levels if you're going to get the 1400
combo omake square
-vibrators don't affect the level gauge, I think
-the fast small laser lines that occur in the higher levels wont kill you if they spawn on you
and you don't move. They're still really annoying, though

Ctrl key speeds the rate the bottom bar fills. Filling the bar = faster attacks = more combos,
but because things are happening faster it gets harder to dodge.
