Shift speeds up your score and the 'level' build up at the bottom. Makes everything go faster.

Save bomb until you destroy her chest-piece (around level 35-40). Then you get a new bomb.
Use the hearts to extend combos over the gaps left by level change.
Use shift to more properly times the next level in accordance to the spawned shots on screen.
When you rack up a 500 hit combos, drop the level 2 bomb (usually good after the spinning level).
Keep collecting heart and racking up combos and you'll make her piss herself.

There's a version that I played of this where the combo timer was just a half second longer and
it made it much much more doable, although barely any easier. If you play the posted hacked
version it's much more similar to the combo timer there.
As it stands in this version, it's so hard to keep the combo that I don't think I could ever
finish it without being near-perfect.
