Railguns are extremely quiet weapons.
In a vacuum.
When you see the sparks from the projectile and hear the unusual noise of it, it's because the
projectile is meeting air resistance.
While I don't expect an extended beam of light, that's really only like that because this is a
loop. In the actual anime I'm sure that beam of light did not last much longer than half of a
second.
