Looking through swfchan reveals that this is one of ToonPimp's abandoned projects. He was also
making a flash game that has a similar gameplay to High Tail Hall called the Uptown Brothel that
he promised to finish if his newgrounds submission of it got a rating of 4 or higher but he never
got around to finishing it.

I don't know much about Toonpimp, but what I do know is that he only really does this for the
money, and he hates doing it.
I don't believe in the "you can't judge unless you did it" thing, but damn dude, if I had loads

Its gotten to the point where he actually does owe people money, and a lot of it.
At one point he called the game "finished" halfway through and demanded more money.
And lets be honest here, his games aren't exactly difficult to make, he just copypastes the same
