Guide or whatever:
Level 1: Behind the tree just before the end of the level is an item. Hit the light to grab it.
Level 2: Did you know that you can press down+jump to perform a sliding maneuver? This kills the
Emi.
Level 3: If you crouch, the paper planes can't hit you.
Level 4: Memorize where things spawn and remember to crouch. The drill heads can be a little
annoying.
Level 5a: There's a 1up on a raised platform, but I don't know how to get it. If you fall down
into the sub-levels with constantly spawning Mishas and perilous jumps.
[Level 5b: The sub-level. Harder, IMO.
Level 6b: Sub-level continuation. Kind of cool, but probably harder.
Level 7b: Pre-boss room. Slide into the pedestal from the left side to receive item.]
Level 6a: Break the rocks to receive healing.
Level 7a: Jumping up to the top at the start gives you a 1up. Grab it!

You can run from fire-girl's three-explosion attack to not get hit. Just keep moving.
Level 8: Pre-boss room. Slide into the pedestal from the right to receive item.
Level 9: Kill the picture with your books. Kill the spiderface by avoiding its attacks (watch the
hands and mouth) and jumping up to hit it. Don't take collision damage.
You get a checkpoint for restarts and healed after the boss.
Level 10: Lilly takes 4 hits to kill. You can hit her twice and run/jump away. The wall at the
right end of the level has an item. Take it. It's food if you're not fully healed, and a heart if
you are. If you've got your Book of Narcissism, jump off the top of the stairs and shoot a book
to knock down the lamp to get a 1up. If you don't have a book, you can get it easily by jumping
onto the invisible platform from the stairs to the left. Knock down the lantern and get the book.

Level 11: If you fall down the first hole, you'll end up at level 10 with only two drillheads as
enemies. The lantern above and the wall-item are still there. Repeat as often as you need to to
get to level 12 fully healed and with limit breaks. You don't have to fight the second
drill-head, just slide past it. The rest of level 11 is straightforward.
Level 12: You'll start from here if you die in 12 or 13. Don't fall into the holes, you'll die.
Don't touch the spikes, or you'll get hurt. Watch out for Mishas. Kill Hanako before you continue
onward. You can't run from her. You can go up topside to get the Letter secondary weapon if you
like it, but watch out for Rinbins and spikes. You can get the invincibility potion with a
slightly tricky jump, and if you powerslide and don't stop at all, you can get past the Rinbin at
the end before your invincibility runs out. If you don't, you'll have to toss items at her or
something, because jumping on her will knock you into the pit

Level 13: Lure the Nurse out to the edge before fighting him, or you'll break the vial with life
too early. After the Lilly/Hanako combo, you'll go up and be prepared for two Emis to want to
rape you in the ass. A limit break or Pretzel is good here. Watch out for the nurses afterwards.

the nurses, jumping over them as you pass.

Anyone know how to reach the top of the arwing in the third area? There's a torch there (and one
of those girls who throws things at you) but I can't figure out how to get up there.

To get the one up on the raised platform you have to try to jump over the armless trash can girl
and let her do her flip kick on you. If you were in the right position if should throw you onto
the ledge. You might have the hit the torch with a Book of Narcissism first.
