Napoleon used to camp by the side of the road his armies were marching on. Every time a new
column came by he would go out and address them, praising them and ending with him taking a medal
off of his own uniform and pinning it on a random solder. He would then return to his tent, take
another medal from a box of said medals, put it on his uniform, and wait for the next group to
march past.
He understood the secret. If you tell someone they are great, they will become great.
The world would be a better place if everyone believed they were great.
