I sat there staring out the window. The rain didn't look like it was going to stop any time soon.
At least it was calm. That's the kind of rain I liked. I was waiting

An old friend of mine, Gladia phoned me one day in April of '55. She had some trouble with people
and asked to see me I person.

Time really does fly when you aren't paying attention. It was already 10:30 PM when I got to my
apartment. Took a shower, went to bed. To be honest,
that story was all in my head. Period Blood on a hanker-chief? That's new. Can't say I haven't
heard weirder.
I woke up about 9 AM. Once my body hits 8 hours of sleep, I'm awake. I have no control of it.
Tried to kill some time once by sleeping more. But that
didn't work. Got to work as soon as I could. Murphy was in her office, still going through old
documents.

are there 24 hours. It's the only place that's open all night. They are because they need to

Star labs. This was the place. Wow. This place was big. Sitting on the highest hill. You could
see everything from here. I think that was the point.
On top of the building, there was a big telescope. I bet it could see Pluto! I tried to open the

Monday through Sunday, open 24 Hours. But the doors were locked. What ever was in there they
didn't want any one finding out. This was something
