Happens a lot in china, there are even people who clean and repackage them and the buyers often
don't know the difference. I think you might be trolling but if you are seriously this new and
underage I guess I should inform you that during the 80s condoms were fairly expensive, even in
the 90s. Getting a condom and giving it a washout before rolling it back up wasn't uncommon, the
material was a lot hardier and less degradable provided it stayed out of the sun.
The chief problem when selling used condoms was the fact that often people would sun dry it
leading to breakage. Though I never bought used condoms for myself during this time I would
sometimes have a loan from a friend or sell them on.
