For non bad ending you have to have found all 7 If you have found less, you end up slave or something, first 7 chapters basically all have 1 runepaper you can get (including before entering mansion). You can use runepaper to banish the ghosts or you can make em happy and wanna leave and save the runepaper, doesn't matter. As long as you find all 7 papers, all is good (or evil).

Finally, I doubt there's anything higher then Rank A, and nothing lower then Rank B.
