I don't quite believe this. The plugin container hits 45% utilization on an i7-2600K in
fullscreen mode for me, during the last part with the color filters, and that is more operations
per second than than the P4 can do.
Flash just runs slower if it's CPU-bound, it won't stutter, so maybe you're not noticing because
you don't know the speed it's supposed to run at.
