Conceivably you could do this with some fairly simple Actionscript.
First, download the source files for several flashes and merge all of these into one. Be sure to
note where each starts and ends.
Second, modify any loading screens or replay buttons to point to the proper frame; it'll probably
be different than what the original script points to.
Third, and last, set up a script. Use a random number generator to randomly go to a start frame.
Voila; every time you reload, it should point to one of the flashes, which will all work as
though independent of each other, giving the illusion that it's a different file every time you
refresh.
Though I don't know much Actionscript or Flash, this shouldn't be hard to implement at all. Just
a couple lines of code is all.
