The cop might have been being a bit of an asshole, but we don't know how the guy was driving --

Ah, I remember this. After the cop got hit and went to the ground the vet was gonna leave, but
the cop shot at him again so he turned back to finish the job.
On the one hand, the cop would have lived if he didn't try to shoot the guy in the back. On the
other hand, if you're on the ground bleeding out and you have an opportunity to shoot the guy who
put a hole in you, doesn't it make sense to shoot?
I was never given a clear reason why, but I've been told that a lot of people in that community
had something against the cop in the video.
The whole incident was entirely senseless and should never have happened.
