Seriously. I usually open my bottles with a lighter, but you are supposed to use the broad side
of the lighters bottom, not the narrow side.

Tightly rolled up dollar bill or piece of paper, edge of table, door strike plate, edge of a
plastic lawn chair, basically anything with a sturdy enough edge while allowing you to apply
enough leverage. The mug one I haven't seen, which is basically a variation of using another
bottle.
