If you have done any CS, the first thing you would probably see is the cellular automata, and
that the "music" is simply and auditory representation of the distance between two nodes.
App or not, it's a fundamental part of CS theory, and there is still really amazing cellular
automata research done to this day.

But I suppose it's too high a bar to set for app makers that they learn the basics of musical
performance, theory and composition so that when they make shitty "music" apps like this they can
add some features and tools that real musicians might actually use instead of trying to rip off
Electroplankton and call it music.
