After that you're rocketing back up towards the top of the pillar, on the way up, let go of the LMB if you haven't already and wiggle the mouse left and right WITHIN the game space. Not up and down, not in a circle, LEFT and RIGHT. You max it out as you get to the top and you disarm her, winning at touhouing.
