You...will never be a man and reach the stars at that rate. You much go deep into the world of
anime and locate it. Once this is complete, you will be bestowed with the power to drill to
Heaven. Good luck, young digger.

That's a trick question. It's from soundtrack to Ar Tonelico III, the video game. Supposedly.
Like most JRPGs, I've never played it.

Best of the animes.
If you watched it I suggest anime, not movies (which are made more in "fanservice" way, and I
mean not only having "less pantsu")

Little late for this discussions, but figured as someone whos watched both I'd throw in my two
cents.
27 episode anime is far better in terms of characterization and plot. Characters are far more
developed as a whole and the story is better as a result.
The movies sacrifice a bunch of that in order to trim the series down to 4 hours, while focusing
more on the action. Characters still get their key moments, but lose most of their side plots.
Most of the slow goings in the beginnings gets skipped; whether thats a good or bad thing is
personal preference. However, one thing you absolutely must do is watch the movie version of the
ending. It's infinitely better in every way possible, and the ending was good to begin with.

This.
In fact, you can pretty much act like the first movie doesn't exist.
Just watch the second movie after you finish the series if only for the Big Bad fight alone.

The final fight scene in the movie is better.
The fist fight was great.
