instead of the normal means by which wealth is distributed in a socialist system (taxes from
rich, compensation for poor), they instead just gave the poor a list of people and the amounts
that each person on this list must pay the individual receiving the list. it would still achieve
the same end and truly is the same thing, yet you can clearly see how retarded such a system is.
governments, being comprised of people, are tyrannical once it has powers that the people do not.
