Can YOU figure out how this thing works?
And finding how to skip to the end doesn't count. That's just right click and select play. Or the
secret button in the corner.

I only figured the Fibonacci sequence out

The circuit number is 37759121.
That's all I've been able to figure out though.
Also the screws on the red panel on the left are clickable.

Light puzzle in the lower left is also a slide puzzle, was a cinch.
Upper left contrast puzzle requires you to take the screws off, open the panel, remove the
colored bits and match the screen RGB to them. Pain in the ass and lots of fiddling, but not too
hard to figure.
Once you've got the schematics for the blue wires (hook up every wire somewhere, then click the
box the came from), it's a cinch. Just complete the circuit, nab the blue wire from the upper
left puzzle when you come up short.
Getting there on the switches, I think it has to do with the speed of the output, but keeping
track of which are fast or slow is a pain in the ass.
No idea about the green panel yet.
