  Although the first couple of episodes are, frankly, terrible (the first 10 to be specific), it
  starts to pick up. The plot matures very quickly, and the fight scenes, specifically the last 3
  episodes, are just awesome. Season 2 is even better

  To go back 200+ years would require, essentially, enough energy to undo every transfer of energy
  and movement of matter in the krosmoz, and all of that energy would have to be somehow brought
  back from the future, else the energy would be rendered null once the reversal of time undoes
  it's collection. And I'm sure it would require even more to invoke the action of reversing time
  in itself, in other words, to usurp control from Xelor.

  back 20 minutes. His only chance of saving his family was if he had those 200 years worth of
  energy as soon as his family died, which I'm sure took much greater than 20 minutes to find out
  about. And even THEN, he would still need more to either actually reach where ever his family
  went before Ogrest's Chaos, or even further, to the point at which his family left him.
