Easiest way I've found is to just repeatedly slap her in the face as fast as possible, since she
gets kind of stunned or something from them. Doesn't mean she won't fight back, but it generally
takes her a while to launch a counter.
Takes forever though because you're doing miniscule amounts of damage.
