Reminds me of the thread a long time ago on /tg
it was basically 'humans, fuck yeah'. appearantly there's a novel out there of an alien invasion
around the year 2000. The aliens had FTL travel, but their military weapons were... black powder
based. We took out their scouting force with a squadron of A10s, I shit you not. Within five
years we had reverse engineered their tech and had a space armada complete with railguns and all
kinds of crazy shit while the xenos had... no space fighting ability whatsoever, as they were the
fist ones with FTL as far as they knew. The only thing that stopped humanity from conquering the
galaxy is there's only six billion of us to go around.

Even without going to the top of the screen it's impossible to be hit because your character
moves as fast as your mouse. Still seems like a nice basic layout for a game if it had some major
changes, such as limits on firing speed, limit on movement speed, different or more types of
enemies, power-ups, etc.
