The best way to infect everything is to use the parasite because of its low visibility, it may
take a hell of a long time, but if its traits are kept relatively low, it should be able to
spread without infecting a vast majority of the population, thats how you nail madagascar, but
make sure there are NO symptoms, the first thing you should do is sell your only symptom. I
started out in japan, and three traits I upgraded just enough to reach other areas on the globe.
Once you have every area infected, keep the traits as-is until you have enough to get every
drug-resistant trait. That should buy you enough time in case too many get infected and they
start developing a vaccine, once you have enough evolution points you should get to tier 3(or 4)
and purchase the insanity trait, that will start killing them off quick and hospitals will close
faster allowing you more time to gain evolution points to buy more severe symptoms.

Which freaking traits and to what level, ive tried 4 times and failed to get madagascar at all.
