Sure many people would love such a world to exist, problem is. It won't be earth, ever. Greed,
power, fame, money. Those things keep earth how it is, many have visions, written plans, & ideas
of this. But honestly will they be able to get it? No. because they would need money & the
strength of everyone to help them. With how human nature is, they wont give them the needed
resources up so easily to bring something like this to reality. This is trying to make a utopia
that will never happen, maybe it might, but by the time 'everyone' tries for such a thing, it'll
be to late because they would have most likely have destroyed themselves or ruined the earth
enough to where it can no longer sustain life. But I say good luck to those who try to bring this
to reality.

A monetary system is required to put a value on resources. That's the whole point of money. If
you don't put a value on resources, you have the problem of people trying to figure out how many
bales of hay are worth a chicken, or how many televisions are worth one car.. and so forth.
Today's world has taken money too far with people literally getting rich just by managing the
exchange of it, but creating a world without money is retarded. Money is the value system used to
measure up assets. It would be critical to put a value on your assets in a "resource based
economy."
That's my 5 cents.

A chicken is worth a chicken.
The stock market would have you think Japanese chicken is better than Kenyan chicken. But no.
It's just chicken.
Its worth is in its use. It feeds people.
And there is enough to go around.
We don't need to trade chickens for televisions.
What is needed is distribution of goods to those who need them, not the tit-for-tat nature of the
market which lets some people suffer while others have surpluses.
But this only applies once you see all humans as worthy of being treated as equal humans.
