The nastiest is probably when the other magical girls protecting the city ask him if the girl who turned into a witch could be saved, and he replies, "Anything is possible, perhaps." After all but one sacrifices their lives trying to restore the witch-girl's humanity, he casually reveals that it wasn't really possible, but he wanted them all to die so there wouldn't be enough magical girls left to protect the city from the next witch, and thus force Madoka into signing a magical girl contract to keep her home town from being obliterated. Also, he can't be killed... he repeatedly gets shot to pieces by the surviving magical girl, only for a clone with all the same memories to show up and eat the corpse of his previous body.
