Found some copypasta, bump (originally from c0mp1337 I believe):
Flan guide v1.01
*choose the third option
*click on flandre's boobs
*click on the portrait with the girl there
*click the pink panties
A WILD FLANDRE APPEARS:
Do not bother with the 4 options there, just click the panties again ONCE your ATB gauge is full,
you will be healed for a little less than 8000. then wait until your HP gets to orange (by means
of flandre hitting you with her knife) and pick the new 5th option that appears, which i guess
it's a limit break.
*click her bra, and when she closes up, click the bra nonstop.
*click on the runaway silhouette (aim for the head) and choose the first option which i belive it
means give up

*watch as she gets pissed off and challenges you to a bullet hell game
*the first part of the bullet hell game is doable without a speedhack/cheatengine
*the second part, which is (i think) QED ripples of 495 years~ on steroids. is really hard. and i
wouldn't blame you if you used a speed hack
*now if you somehow beat her (CE or not), please remember where the portrait girl was and click
on her before she gets away.
*select the second option.
*secks
*a painting icon will appear at the top-left corner. depending on your choice you might get a bad
end.
after all of that bull, click the painting icon at the mid right corner. and that wierd girl at
the start will challenge you to a duel

HAhaaa that's funny. Yes, that is how you beat it.
The other three flashes on the creators site are just as wacky to beat. Also near impossible to
rip from his sight as only the loader is on there and not the game.
He has updated the games and has a new Flan side-raping-scroller game he's been working on.
