I've managed to win 2 rounds without understanding shit, but on her last life her bar doesn't
really move while your own fills up pretty much instantly

I'm losing with 618 "drinks" vs 1087.
I am not able figure how to reduce my meter, what the different colors of cards mean or what the
"combo" does. Anyone familiar with this game?

I remember this, along with a couple things about it.
The meter decreases by how many cards you have on the keep side. Different colors make combos;
use a lot of the same in a row and you get extra points. Not sure what the points do, because you
can beat the game even with less points than your opponent.
To those considering playing this, caution. The ending has far too much piss for my tastes.

Play a card, get drunk according to its value. Take a card from the keep pile instead, sober up.
Thus you want as many cards in the keep pile as possible when you start so you've got something
to fall back on when your meter fills.
For points, try to play cards of the same suit, and try to play them in order from lowest to
highest.
Playing higher cards then her sometimes gives you special rounds where you can swap cards from
various places.
There are different endings. Think some of them are only available if you actually beat her score.

Thanks for this tip, Anon. I wrecked that bitch this time around. The rest of the mechanics
doesn't even matter. Keep all cards the lowest cards and just play away your single card every
time. Skip everything and draw from pile when you'll hit over your meter.

choice and picked the lower one.
