There are other subtleties I'm missing, but I DID find a way to always win. Simply put the 6 smallest cards in your 'keep' pile on the first turn then play w/e you draw until she gets drunk. If playing a card would put you at or over your limit, remove the smallest card from your keep pile instead. You'll win every round, both in terms of score and who gets drunk first. In between rounds, if you get drunk nothing happens, and if she gets drunk you can remove her clothing (permanently) as you choose. After you win the game, if you navigate the moon-rune dialogue choices right (basically anything but bottom, bottom) you get to watch her pee (uh, yeah...) and maybe finger her afterwards. Huzzah.

If you don't follow up with a higher # then the cards will either exchange or get put back in reserve based off who is leading the drinks. Drinking the same item create a chain (combo). Anything above a 10 you should skip your turn by grabbing a card from your reserved pile. Skipping your turn this way doesn't allow the other person to recover and you should make sure you have more cards in reserve. Normally it's best to start with 2 card in you hand one that's low and another that moderately high (7-10) I don't recommended putting in the time to do this, there multiple endings but their shitty.

You seem to get more points for them, though I haven't seen any kind of ordered sequence. (Maybe the extra points are random or based on drink?) - Always have a high keep. It helps reduce your drunkenness per turn. - Events (card discards and trades) are, as far as I can tell, random but the strategy here is obvious - in a card trade, take her lowest card in exchange for your highest. In card discards, drop your two highest cards to (I think) get one card whose total is the difference of the two cards you discarded (dropping a 12 and 9 should put a random 3 in your hand). Remembering all of these should help you win the game.

You get -6 to your drunk every turn for having nothing in your hand, it seems, and while she'll smoke you in chains and such, she'll always end up drunk before you do, and only ever seems to get somewhere between a 80-100 point lead.
