Put cards into reserve at the start. Play a card and gain that much drunkenness, lose drunkenness
equal to the number of cards in reserve, lose when you get too drunk. You can pull cards from
reserve when the one in your hand would kill you. The type of drink causes special events
sometimes, but I don't know how that works.

It happens when someone plays a card with lower value than the last card played.
Blue: Lose 4 drunk
Red Can take a card from opponent's hand, replace it with one of yours
Grey: Can discard up to 2 cards and draw the same amount
Yellow: Can place a card from your hand into reserve
There is also a combo bonus, but just ignore it since points don't matter, and you are basically
guaranteed to have more at the end due to being able to drink more (if are smart and keep as many
cards as possible in reserve at all times) and failing that the bonus points for lives remaining.

Also sometimes she will ask you to trade cards.
If you don't get a card from the reserve for a few turns, it lets you put a card back there.
A good strategy is starting off with a low value card in your hand, and keep playing that one.
Slowly start getting rid of cards in the reserve you don't need and building up same-type drinks
to make combo with, no matter what value they have. If your gauge is low start the combo with an
high value card. Always lose 2 matches and win 3 to get more points. It's in your best interest
that the match lasts more so keep an eye on her gauge, take her high cards and give her your low
ones if it's opportune.

If you always play same type cards you can make a combos and gain more points. The higher the
number of the cards in the combo the more point it gives.

That's shit advice.
Stash all but your highest value card in reserve, never take cards out of reserve unless you need
to.
You can play combos if you want via discard, trade, or if you are forced to take card out of
reserve, but otherwise ignore them.
Your only goal is surviving all three rounds. 9 times out of 10 this will leave you with more
points than her at the end, and 10 times out of 10 you'll win in points due to the 40 point bonus
per life remaining.
Winning by points doesn't actually do anything, so I guess this advice is only if you want to see
the piss scene or just enjoy easy wins.

She's forced to do that when she plays a red with a lower value than the last card played (and
she can steal one of yours if you play a low value red)

That has nothing to do with turn count. It's the yellow card effect. Avoid playing low value
yellows and blues if you want a round to end quickly.
