That means: NASA, NOAA, NIST, NSF, DEOS, USGS, NIH, ARS, etc etc etc - All of them gone. You're talking about putting several hundred thousand of the country's most accomplished researchers out of work (on top of the several million who would be unemployed as a result of Paul dissolving five federal departments) along with shutting down the lion's share of serious scientific research in the United States. All of which will cut annual federal spending by less than 2%.
