The original is clearly hand-drawn, and in this one the models don't have the ability to move as fluidly, and in some cases the clothes and accessories don't fight right. Also the transitions don't look right without the black and white palette. And finally the song just sounds terrible in English, but that's not unique, most songs translate terribly. Keeping the original meaning makes it impossible to rhyme and keep the flow of the song, rewriting the song so it sounds good in the new language ends up making the it about something completely different.

Audio and video are guaranteed to look like and sound like shit because it's a shit medium. 2) Silhouettes are going to look a hell of a lot better for this. Even if we found out that this video is actually the source video of the silhouettes, it's going to look like shit because amateur 3d modeling. Take a look at 90% of MMD videos. The models would probably look a bit better and more like source if anti-aliasing was used and motion blur to emulate the smoothness of the original. 3) The english isn't as bad as everyone is whining about. It's still has some really shitty things about it. For example, what I'm guessing sounds like autotune because she couldn't elevate into the higher octaves is one shitty part. Another is how structured and script sounding the lyrics sound in lower pitches of her singing. It's not as melodic as the source which is unfortunate. cont...
