There's a huge (lol) difference between being fit and being huge.
Professional powerlifters have to do a LOT of fucking work to get huge and stay huge. Watch
everything they eat and spend hours in the gym, every day, exercising different muscle groups
each time. You start running into serious weightlifting plateaus and actually hitting the
physical limits of how the human body can grow.
It is a fucking pain in the ass, the equivelant of a full-time job and it's not recommended for
anyone unless they want it to become their LIFE.
But go ahead, keep on telling me that some dumbbell squats and 30 minutes powerwalking three
times a week makes me a roid freak.
