Okay, well. More or less all violent crime has gone down over the last fifty years.
Gun crime especially, has gone down as time goes on.
As in, consistent trends show that even though the population has increased violent crime on the
whole has decreased. Of course, im generalising, since youve chosen two fucking continents to

Heres it simple. Put a bunch of poor people in a ghetto. Out of sight of ordinary members of
society. Criminal elements gain power through money and intimidation. Others copy their behaviour
wishing to receive both. Children grow up in poor environments, seeing these as their rolemodels

The result is yes, a bunch of lower class criminals. But that happens to people be they white or
black, and is just an example of poor societal integration (enforced by society).
