Greatest soundtrack EVER. Wore out two legit tapes of this, and was pissed this never came out on
CD until the late 90s.
I remember watching this movie from a copy we made when cinemax showed it, and that pacing
just... killed me.
The opening, the crazy aliens, and the death bombers were the best, but everything else felt
so... cheezy and it drug on and on.

Yeah, I watched it a few weeks ago for the first time and that was how I felt about it. The
'great evil orb' didn't really seem that tough, either, since its influence seemed to be
completely ignorable and several people (taxi driver, nerd-turned-bald, probably more) survived
it unscathed. It could have been better. I thought most of the dialogue was pretty
natural-feeling, though, which is a plus.

This is Heavy Metal, right? I need to try that movie again, I feel like I completely missed the
point the first time.
