If there's any part inside of you that DOES want things to change, I really recommend giving it a

from like the first 3 or 4 days. You can still eat enough each day and of stuff that tastes great
aiming for 1000-1500 calories a day and doing that I lost 1kg/2.2lbs each week. Pretty much

cruelty is weak-willed, lazy and self-righteous. Some of them have never known they could push,
and what if they never had the spark to realize that they could? You just... let them die? Leave
them there to fight the harsh winter that they don't know they can stop?
I prefer the alternative, but that's just me.
