  The song is PREPSONG.KDM and was written by Ken Silverman (the guy who made the Build rendering
  engine, used in Duke Nukem 3D for example... alone.) for one of his DOS games. It's in
  KDMSONGS.ZIP here: http://advsys.net/ken/download.htm
