Madoka is overrated as fuck but at least it's original, I legitimately don't understand all the

Every other show of theirs is bland and done in exactly the same way. The monogatari series in
particular is some of the most boring and pretentious shit I think I have ever watched.

Its even more hilarious because the only noteworthy part of the Monogatari series is the copious
amounts of Japanese wordplay which didn't even get translated in the subs.

Explicit, fair game, but monogatari uses implicit characterization - which is another reason why
I would say it's pretty good, they really make you figure out how the characters are changing as
opposed to just telling you.
