Try keeping track of your dice stats in evenly matched rounds. You might learn something interesting (the game is rigged). Still beatable though. >> [_] Anonymous 05/07/14(Wed)22:28 No.2376752 >>2376745 They default to your's as well. Games such as these favor the defensive in those cases. >> [_] Anonymous 05/07/14(Wed)23:35 No.2376832 Managed to win. I had a feeling the game was bullshit when my opponents would walk through me while I would struggle to get through their smaller piles. The AI was pretty cool, too. I like how factions low on land would refuse to attack each other and only go for the biggest faction. >> [_] Lockwert !nnIgGerRZ. 05/07/14(Wed)23:39 No.2376839 >>2376713 I would like to see a version where you could place your dices and move at the end of the turn. I believe there was a Android rendition of this concept that featured this. >> [_] Anonymous 05/08/14(Thu)00:16 No.2376887 >>2376713 A flash where the AI gets so fucking butthurt when you win. >> [_] Anonymous 05/08/14(Thu)00:49 No.2376927 >>2376832 The game is rigged, and once you get the hang of how to abuse that to your advantage, it becomes super easy... It feels more like a puzzle game than a strategy game >> [_] Anonymous 05/08/14(Thu)00:53 No.2376932 >>2376927 The fact that your dice rolls are crippled does not ever work to your advantage. The "puzzle" of the game is figuring out a strategy where losing more rolls than your opponents doesn't matter. >> [_] Anonymous 05/08/14(Thu)00:56 No.2376937 Location location location, if you have closed off area game becomes ez mode >> [_] Anonymous 05/08/14(Thu)01:00 No.2376938 >>2376937 That's why the game lets you choose your map. If maps with an easily defended isthmus have become too easy for you, challenge yourself by playing on more open maps. >> [_] Lockwert !nnIgGerRZ. 05/08/14(Thu)01:01 No.2376940 >>2376937 It's hard to close off areas because your forces are automatically placed, usually inside your territory, rendering them useless for atack. The AI that commands the player's army placing is rigged to be full defensive >> [_] Anonymous 05/08/14(Thu)01:03 No.2376942 >>2376932 But all the rolls are "crippled", the AI has the same problems fighting other AI that you do. Roll success tunes up and down based on the number of territories held by either faction, or seems to at least. If you think its hard you're clearly doing something wrong. |
