I like to call it an "edgy" feeling, but not in the same way that people have popularized that
word in the last ~5 years. I'm talking about the original meaning of the word "edgy"
It's like the feeling before fear, terror, or creepiness. It's right after being apprehensive
about something, but right before the feeling or fear/terror/creepiness. Like you're on the
border of something weird or new. You might feel tense or alert.
Am I describing the same feeling you feel?

It's only creepy to me because I remember hearing this while originally playing System Shock and
