It has nothing to do with his father. He's just a kiddo obsessed with violence, boobs and vidya
a.k.a /b/tard. Some guys from a Ukrainian tv show been trying to make him put his shit together,
but his mother was a spineless bitch and failed everything. Became famous in CIS mostly for his

He certainly is, but it still looks like actual diagnosable autism to me. It's possible to be
both autistic and a shitty person, you know. There are plenty of parents with autistic children
who learn to empathize and manage their symptoms, and those kids are the ones who go on to lead
relatively functional and independent lives. But of course, many people have absolutely no idea
how to raise children like that, and don't know where to find the resources to learn, so they act
like this loser mom and just get all "hurr why doesn't he do what I say."
This woman probably couldn't even train a dog.

The problem isn't necessarily "compromise." The problem is that she lets him stay on the computer
all the time, and then tries to "take away" his "natural" state. I think a reward system could be
very effective here, for instance. Give him 1 hour of computer time at certain times of the day
when he has met certain conditions, something like that.
But of course actually thinking about that and sticking to it is more work than just cleaning up
after his tantrums, which is why she's not doing it.

I feel you and I could quibble over the specifics of autism vs. poor behaviour but in this
instance I shall agree with you, there may be underlying factors at work but she is still an
incompetent mother.

>>2409332
It's not unreasonable for a single parent to be clueless as to parenting strategies for
"difficult" or autistic children, although I think the fact that she went to a TV show rather
than an independent professional is revealing of her misplaced priorities. The fact is, the
resources she needed might not have been as easily available to her wherever she lived as they
would be to people in North America or Europe. But of course even in the countries with the most
comprehensive support systems, you'll find countless cases like this. Some people are too ashamed
to ask for help or too deluded to admit they have a problem.
>> [_] Anonymous 06/07/14(Sat)19:22 No.2409350
>>2409346 (Continued)
A lot of parents blame themselves for the things they didn't necessarily have control over (such
as autism) and through that become blind to the things that they could have done to help.
It doesn't help that so much of what people see about autism is stuff like this. A well behaved
autistic child doesn't make good television I guess. If successful parents and children were more
visible, maybe struggling families would know what kind of progress they can make if they try.
>> [_] Anonymous 06/07/14(Sat)19:29 No.2409355
Children with any acute autism spectrum disorder should really be put down.

There are certainly cases where even being able to eat independently is a lot to hope for, and in
those maybe I could see where you are coming from, but there are plenty of autistics whose level
of functioning far exceeds those similarly afflicted due to a good environment. We should be
putting autists to work on mechanical-turk type tasks based on their particular compulsions. Even
those that are truly of below average intelligence might be useful.
