I'm checking jpopsuki and they don't have a match for that album.
I did find one by Ringo Shiina called Gamble on a misc track with Nobuteru Maeda.
It's from 1991 which seems like it's probably not the right one since that album you listed is
from 2007.
Checking that tracklist there is a track called gamble too.
It's just weird to have a private tracker not carry an album by such a renowned artist.
