In a situation like this, the Vet had the advantage because he had serious life-or-death
experiences whereas the cop probably never had to draw his gun on anyone before.

Sociopathy:

Psychopathy:
Also a defunct term. Not used in accepted medical psychiatry. The word encompasses all of the

Sociopathy/psychopathy:
The two words are generally interchangeable as far as common language is concerned. They have no
concrete definition outside of "mentally diseased."
