Personally, I use DownloadHelper to mirror /f/ and SWF decompiler 7 to view. Also, what's your personal collection size? Pictured is mine, just after a deduplicate run. Marked for deletion (old).

It's very portable and I don't have much need to view the inner workings of code. My collection: ~1 GB. That doesn't sound like a lot, but I've collected since the very beginning. I've done a lot of trimming to keep it limited to a flash drive. Only the essentials, just the stuff that I genuinely enjoy on a regular basis. A lot of my storage space goes to way more important things.

If your government in your country forces your countries DNS services to block a certain domain name you can just use the OpenDNS to bypass the block (since OpenDNS is in another country that don't implement the block). A DNS server is used to look up the IP address that a domain name points to. They convert google.com to 100.12.32.132 (example). If an authority wants to block a site that for example has CP they will instruct all DNS servers to NOT direct people to the actual IP that has the site, but instead give a IP to a site that displays a message like "this site is blocked". So for example, if you can't get to thepiratebay.org, just use a DNS that doesn't block the domain.
