It was the lesser of two evils. If you look at what the Japanese were doing to prisoners of war,
and to the Manchurians (especially in Unit 731), it's hard to paint the Japanese as the victims
here. The alternative to the atomic bomb would have been an invasion of Japan, which would've
caused the deaths of millions of allied soldiers before the Japanese would've surrendered, and
Russia would've come down in time to rape all of their women, among other things.

began peace talks with the american one, stating that if the americans let the japanese keep
their emperor as well as their state form they'd withdraw.
The americans refused and covered up this news, they opted for showing off their greatness to

their newly-produced toy. They wanted to keep Japan all by themselves, as being in control of
